内燃机整机振动模糊自适应主动控制技术研究

摘    要:作者在建立发动机一汽车振动模型中,利用模糊自适应主动振动控制与机械被动隔振相结合的方法,使得模糊控制规则在控制过程中自动调整、修改和完善,从而达到了最佳的控制效果。应用MATLAB语言编程仿真表明,设计的模糊自适应控制系统的振动控制效果优于机械被动隔振和传统的主动隔振,而且对振动环境的自适应能力强,控制器响应快,超调量小,有很强的鲁棒性。

Abstract:This paper establishes the vibration model of an engine-vehicle, uses fuzzy adaptive active vibration control techniques and mechanical passive vibration isolating methods to get the rules in fuzzy control modified automatically and to achieve optimal results eventually. It's verified by emulating using the MAT-LAB language that the designed control system is more effective than both passive mechanical vibration isolation and typical active vibration control. It has relatively adaptive abilities to environments, the controller response rapidly with a small overcorrection and strong robot properties.
