苯乙烯化苯酚的合成研究

摘    要:以苯乙烯和苯酚为原料合成橡胶防老剂苯乙烯化苯酚,考察了催化剂用量、原料摩尔比以及反应温度对烷基化反应的影响。结果表明,当选用对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,催化剂用量为原料苯酚用量的1%~1.5%,原料苯乙烯与苯酚摩尔比2.0~2.3:1,反应温度120~130℃,反应时间为2h时,苯乙烯化苯酚的收率可以达95%以上。

Abstract:Styrenated phenol as antioxidant effects of reaction conditions such as dosage for rubber was prepared by reaction of styrene with phenol . The of catalyst, molar ratio of raw materials and reaction temperature on the alkylation were investigated. The result showed that the yield of styrenated presence of p- toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst at 120 -130 ℃ when dosage phenol was over 95% in the of catalyst was 1% - 1.5% based on mass of phenol , molar ratio of styrene to pheol was (2.0 - 2.3) : 1, reaction time was 2 hours.
