| 摘 要： | 以苯乙烯和苯酚为原料合成橡胶防老剂苯乙烯化苯酚，考察了催化剂用量、原料摩尔比以及反应温度对烷基化反应的影响。结果表明，当选用对甲苯磺酸为催化剂，催化剂用量为原料苯酚用量的1％～1．5％，原料苯乙烯与苯酚摩尔比2．0～2．3：1，反应温度120～130℃，反应时间为2h时，苯乙烯化苯酚的收率可以达95％以上。

| Abstract: | Styrenated phenol as antioxidant effects of reaction conditions such as dosage for rubber was prepared by reaction of styrene with phenol . The of catalyst, molar ratio of raw materials and reaction temperature on the alkylation were investigated. The result showed that the yield of styrenated presence of p- toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst at 120 -130 ℃ when dosage phenol was over 95% in the of catalyst was 1% - 1.5% based on mass of phenol , molar ratio of styrene to pheol was （2.0 - 2.3） ： 1, reaction time was 2 hours. |
