黑黑元件的研究

摘    要:黑黑元件是用来检测空气中0~4%甲烷气体的载体催化元件。在白元件上浸渍对甲烷敏感程度低的化学物质,并与负载铂系金属催化剂的检测元件配对制成黑黑元件。将它安装在惠斯登电桥的一臂,通电、调电桥的中点为零,给元件通0~4%甲烷气体,检测元件的电阻发生变化,从而检测出空气中的甲烷浓度。由于检测元件、补偿元件在工作、储存时吸附同样的气体,并且在0~4%甲烷气体的环境中工作,检测元件、补偿元件对甲烷的敏感度都有下降的趋势,因此黑黑元件具有零点、灵敏度稳定性好,开机回零时间短,在生产过程中易配对等特点。

Study of Black-Black Sensing Element
Abstract:Black-black sensing eleme nt is a carrier catalytic element for the detection of 0~4% methane in air. The white sensing element is dipped with a chemical substance witch has low sensitivity to methane and paired into black-black sensing elemen t with the detection element with load platinum wire catalyst. The black-black sensing element is installed on one arm of Wheatstone bridge, after the b ridge is powered, regulat-ing the middle point of the bridge to zero, t hen introducing 0~4% methane, the resistance of the detection element changes, thus the methane concentration in air can be detected. Since both de tection and compensation elements absorb the same gas during their operation an d storage and their sensitivity to methane trends to reduction when they work in 0~4% methane, the black-black sensing element has the fea-tures of good stabi lity of zero point and sensitivity, zero reset in short time after powered on, and easy pairing in production process.
