摘    要:以硫酸铝、三氯化铁、水玻璃为主要原料制备无机高分子水处理剂聚合硅酸铁铝(PSFA)。通过室内实验研究,考察了pH值、FeCL3、AL2(SO4)3的浓度,水玻璃稀释浓度,温度等因素对产品性能的影响。优化的工艺条件为:系统反应的pH值为2,FeCL3、AL2(SO4)3的质量百分比浓度分别为30%、20%,水玻璃的浓度14%,反应温度为23℃~25℃。在相同的工艺条件下,利用室内合成PSFA与聚铝、聚合硫酸铁等絮凝剂处理油田废钻井液,处理效果对比分析可知,PSFA具有去浊好,COD去除率高,色度小,处理成本低等优点。

Abstract:A new poly-silicate ferric-aluminum(PSFA)was prepared by using water glass,ferric chloride and aluminum sulfate as raw materials.The influences of pH value,ferric chloride and aluminum sulfate concentration,water glass concentration and temperature on PSFA performance were researched.The conditions of preparing PSFA were optimized by lab test:the PH value is 2,ferric chloride and aluminum sulfate concentration is 30% and 20%,the glass water concentration is 14%,temperature is from 23 degree Celsius to 25 degree Celsius.Self-made PSFA under the optimum condition was used in the treatment of water drilling fluid.Experimental results show that PSFA gives more removal of turbidity,color and COD than that of coagulants,ferric sulfate and ploy-aluminum and dosage of PSFA is less.Therefore,PSFA is promising inorganic polymer coagulant.
