扁枝槲寄生黄酮类化合物提取工艺的正交实验法优化

摘    要:研究了正交实验数据的极差分析与多元线性回归对比对扁枝槲寄生提取工艺优化的影响,优选出乙醇提取扁枝槲寄生中总黄酮的最佳工艺条件。极差方差为:乙醇浓度为65%,提取温度60℃,提取次数3次,提取时间2 h;多元线性回归为:乙醇浓度为65%,提取温度60℃,提取次数3次,提取时间3 h。

Abstract:Effect of range analysis and multiple linear regression of orthogonal experiment on the extraction processes of flavonoids from Viscum articulatum were studied,and the optimal process was chosen.Result showed that the optimal process was extraction with 65% ethanol at 60 oC for 2h and 3 times by range variance analysis,while multiple linear regression analysis suggested extraction for 3h.
