水溶性钛酸酯与聚乙烯醇交联的研究

摘    要:采用水溶性钛酸酯与聚乙烯醇进行交联,考察了交联聚乙烯醇溶液的粘度与水溶性钛酸酯交联剂的用量、反应温度及反应时间的关系。结果表明,聚乙烯醇与水溶性钛酸酯交联反应速度很快,基本能在15min内反应完全,溶液的粘度随着水溶性钛酸酯用量和反应温度的升高而增大。交联聚乙烯醇溶液可用作无醛办公胶水。

Abstract:Polyvinyl alcohol is cross - linked with water - soluble titanate, the relationship of cross - linked polyvinyl alcohol solution viscosity with titanate content, reaction temperature and reaction time is investigated. The results show that the crosslinking reaction between polyvinyl alcohol and water - soluble titanate is completed in 15 rain, and the solution viscosity increases with the increase of titanate content and reaction temperature. The cross -linked polyvinyl alcohol solution can be used as non -formaldehyde office glue.
