摘    要:注射成型模具CAD技术的应用,使得模具设计和分析更具科学性和直观性,克服了实物试模高成本和低效率的缺点。本文以外螺纹管件为例,在UG的环境中通过三维建模、分型预演、调用模架,完成该塑件的整套模具设计和虚拟装配。设计结果证实该方法的应用不仅可以提高模具设计的效率和质量,更为重要的是为后续的数字化制造和分析提供了宝贵的产品数据来源。

Abstract:In order to make the mold design and analysis more scientific and intuitive and to avoid the high cost and low efficiency of physical tryout, CAD technology is applied to injection mold. The paper, with pipe parts with outer thread as a case in point, discusses the design and virtual assembly of the plastic parts completed through threedimensional modeling, parting rehearsal, calling mould bases in the UG environment. It is confirmed that the method can not only improve the efficiency and quality of the mold design, but also provide a valuable source of product data for the subsequent digital manufacturing and analysis.
