三种井下螺旋涡轮水力性能研究

摘    要:螺旋涡轮主要用于井下涡轮式交流发电机,其水力性能对发电机性能有重要的影响。利用CFD方法对三种不同型式的螺旋涡轮内流场作了三维紊流数值模拟,并在此基础上计算出涡轮的主要外特性曲线,得出了三种涡轮的水力性能。与等螺距涡轮相比,变螺距涡轮和非等宽叶片涡轮改善了内部流体的流动特性,压力损失减小,压降随转速变化更平稳,同时其效率特性也有改善,从而具有更好的水力性能。该研究为井下涡轮式发电机的性能提升和结构改进提供了有力的依据。

Abstract:Helical turbine used in under-well turbine generator, the hydraulic behaviour has important influence to the generator performance. By the method of CFD, carried on the computation simulation for the internal flow field of three different types of helical turbine, got the main performance curves, and obtained the hydraulic behaviour of three types of turbine. Compared with constant-pitch turbine, variable-pitch turbine and variable-width blade turbine improved internal fluid flow characteristics, reduce the pressure loss, and pressure drop is more stable with the change of rotary speed, while also improving its efficiency properties, and so have better hydraulic behaviour. The research provided the convincing basis for the performance prediction and the structure improvement of under-well turbine generator.
