摘    要:地理信息系统(GIS) 是城市配电网自动化系统的重要组成部分。它作为电力系统的GIS 平台的开发应用, 是目前我国城网改造及配电自动化探讨与实现的重要课题之一。如何在实现配电网自动化过程中,将供电企业的生产、经营与实际紧密结合起来, 充分发挥地理信息系统的作用, 进行了卓有成效的尝试。该系统采用Arc/info 平台, 自主开发应用软件系统平台, 既避免了国外软件系统在应用时的二次开发困难, 又解决了与电力生产、经营的其他数据信息共享的问题。在配电管理及配电网自动化的基础上, 又成功地实现了生产指挥与营销决策功能。

Abstract:GIS is a vital part of city distribution network automation system. The development and application of power system GIS platform is one of the important topics in city network upgrade and distribution automation. Highly effective attempts have been conducted to connect production and management of power companies with reality, and fully bring GIS into play during the process of distribution network automation. The system uses Arc/ info platform and independently developed application system software. It not only avoids the difficulties in customization of foreign software systems, but also solves the data and information sharing problem in electric power production and management. On the basis of distribution management and power network automation, it also successfully implements functions of production command and sales decision-making.
