人因失误心理背景与核电站安全

人因失误是造成核电站事故的主要因素之一,而现场的心理背景在诱发人因失误的过程中起着十分重要的作用。本文分析了人行为时心理背景的结构,总结了几种典型的人误心理背景。最后指出,消除不利于安全的心理背景之根本途径是建立企业安全文化,并提出了核安全文化的基本特征。

The Psychological Background about Human Error and Safety in NPP

A human error is one of the factors which cause an accidentin NPP.The in-situ psychological background plays an importantrole in inducing it.This paper analizes the Structure of one,spsychological background when one is at work,and gives a fewexamples of typical psychological background resulting in humanerrors.Finally it points out that the fundamental way to elimi-nate the unfavourabtle psychological background of safety prod-uction is to establish the safety culture in NPP,along with itscharacteristics.
