| 摘 要： | 以未腐解有机物培肥土壤的理论为依据,介绍利用玉米深加工过程中产生的副产品及下脚料,采用挤压造粒法生产有机无机复混肥的工艺技术、主要工艺参数和自控水平。结合笔者多年经验,设计的连续生产工艺由电脑控制,基本实现自动化。同时对该种配方肥经过3年的田间试验,取得较好效果。

| Abstract: | Organicinorganic compound fertilizer is produced from the byproducts and wastes after maize processing by extruder granulation. The process, equipment, main parameters and automatic control systems are presented. By the test in 3 years, the fertilizer behaves well. |
