摘    要:750kV官亭变2号电抗器2005年9月投运以来。局部振动超标问题一直存在。厂家对2号电抗器的减振采取了底部支撑的方法.但不能从根本上改变电抗器的振动超标问题。通过对官亭变电站750kV2号电抗器实施3次减振措施并对前后振动数据进行分析,认为2号电抗器减振的最佳方法是采用铁芯的5处压紧及止退系统和油箱对器身的强力定位及其他减振措施。

Analysis on Partial Over-Vibrating and Countermeasures for Reactor of 750 kV Guanting Substation

Abstract:Since put into operation in september 2005, over-vibrating (above the rated data) has always existed on the 2# reactor of the 750 kV Guanting substation. Some anti-vibrating measures, such as strengthening the base, have been taken by the manufacturer, but the problem has yet to be solved substantially. This paper introduces three anti-vibrating treatments on the rector, and analyzes the data collected before and after, and concludes that the effective anti-vibrating measures should be a comprehensive method, which includes fastening the indicated five parts of the iron core and firmly positioning of the oil tank and stopping equipment with the reactor body.
