摘    要:运用计算流体力学(CFD)软件对清扫车集尘箱吸尘系统进行数值模拟,仿真采用非结构网格对吸尘系统进行网格划分,运用标准k-ε方程作为湍流计算模型。通过分析集尘箱内气流速度与压力分布特性,得出影响气流不合理分布的因素,结合理论基础与经验设计对集尘箱结构进行改进,在保证高的吸送速度的同时尽量降低过滤速度,以降低能量损耗、提高清扫效率,对清扫车的设计与生产具有实际的指导意义。

Abstract:A numerical simulation of the suction system of vacuum sweeper is completed by using computational dynamic fluid (CFD) software. Un - structured meshes are used to generate grids and the κ - ε model is used to simulate the turbulent flow. By analysing the airflow speed and the pressure distribution, the facts that casued the unenven flow are obtained. Then the structure of the dust collection box is optimized combined with theoretical foundation and experience design to get high inlet velocity with low filtration velocity, so as to reduce energy consumption and improve sweeping efficiency, which will bring guiding significance for sweeper design and production.
