少槽永磁直流电动机的有限元分析方法

摘    要:提出了少槽永磁直流电动机的有限元分析模型。针对少槽电机采用奇数槽的情况,同时计及换向和齿槽效应的影响,按照电刷实际宽度求出线圈换向规律,用运动有限元法计算电机转矩随转子旋转的变化规律。对2台样机进行了计算分析,计算值与试验值的比较证明了本文的分析方法是可行的。

Abstract:A finite element analysis modal on few slots Permanent Magnet DC motor is proposed in this paper, which has solved the problem of odd number slots which is generally used in small slots motors. Commutation and cogging problems are taken into account here. According to the practical brush width, the commutation rule in the armature is decided. Moving boundary method is used to calculate the torque while the rotor is rotating. Compared the FEM results with the experimental data for two PM DC motors, this method is proved its effectiveness.
