| 摘 要： | 介绍带氪氙提纯装置的 6 0 0 0m3 /h空分设备 ,主冷的大量液体从气氧管线流出冻裂冷箱外部的气氧管线事故的现象、原因 ,查找冻裂的具体过程 ;并介绍针对此事故所采取相应的措施 ,以防止类似的事故发生。

| Abstract: | The paper presents occurrence,causes and troubleshooting procedures of freezing rupture which results from a great amount of the main condenser liquid flowing out of gaseous oxygen pipelines with the result that the gaseous oxygen pipelines outside the cold box are frozen and ruptured in a 6000m 3/h air separation plant with krypton and xenon recovery subsystems.And relevant measures taken in view of the accident to avoid the similar accidents are recommended. |
