摘    要:提出了通过量化控制改变淬火介质冷却特性以实现可控冷却的新观念,并以水为例进行了较系统的测试研究。通过给出的3个控制参数,较好地实现了可控冷却淬火,并在高铬铸铁工件上成功地进行了批量生产,取得了很好的效果。
