介绍了精密智能电镀电源的设计方法,以C8051F410为核心,配合外围电路,通过自适应PID算法,实现高效、高精度恒定电流输出功能,适用于贵金属电镀工艺过程的自动控制.

Abstract:
This paper introduces a design of precision and intelligent electroplating power supply which is composed of C8051F410 microcontroller and peripheral circuit. Adaptive PID algorithm makes it supply constant current with high efficiency and high precision. It is widely suitable for automatic control of the precious metal electroplating process.
