PLLA/n-HA复合材料降解中分子量变化

摘    要:采用超生分散技术,以聚乳酸(PLLA)和纳米羟基磷灰石(HA)为原料,制备PLLA/n-HA复合材料.并分为四组复合材料的样品,研究PLLA/n-HA复合材料在生理盐水中的降解性能,以及降解过程中pH值变化.结果表明,随着HA含量的增加,复合材料在生理盐水中的降解速率减缓,pH值下降.

Abstract:PLLA/n-HA composite materials were prepared with polylactic acid (PLEA) and nano-hydroxyapatite (HA) as raw materials use bounce dispersion technology. Samples were divided into four groups of composite materials, degrade performance and pH value changes of PLLA/n-HA composite materials in saline were researched. The results show that with the increase of HA content the rate of degradation of the composite reduced and pH value decreas.
