正交试验法优化千斤拔总黄酮微波提取工艺

摘    要:以总黄酮的提取率为评价指标,采用正交试验设计优选微波法提取千斤拔总黄酮的工艺条件.优化得最佳提取工艺条件:乙醇浓度60%、微波功率500 W、微波时间60 min、料液比1:15(g/mL)、微波温度65℃.在此工艺条件下,千斤拔总黄酮提取率为1.146%.

Abstract:The aim was to optimize the extraction process of total flavones from Flemingia Philippinensis by orthogonal experiment, in which the extraction rate of total flavones was observed as the evaluation index. The experimental result showed the optimum extraction process was obtained as follow:ethanol concentration 60%, microwave time 40 min, solid-liquid ratio 1 : 15 ( g/mL), microwave power 500W, microwave temperature 65 ℃. Under this process,the extraction rate of total flavones was 1. 146%.
