小浪底水电站闸门监控系统中PLC与上位机通信的实现

摘    要:就小浪底水电厂闸门监控系统中PLC与上位机通信的实现问题,设计了一种在梯形图环境下实现PC机与GE-90系列PLC通信的方法,具体分析了小浪底闸门计算机监控系统的远程自动化通信特点,并经反复检验、调试和运行,监控系统均未出现因通信错误而导致的误动或死机。

Abstract:This paper mainly introduces the method of communication between PC and GE-90 series PLC under ladder environment,and describes the items that must be noticed in the process of implementation in the gate supervisory system of Xiaolangdi Hydropower Station.It also concretely analyzes the characteristics of remote automation communication of gate supervisory system of Xiaolangdi Hydropower Station.Through check,test and operation,no malfunction and dead of the supervisory system due to the failure of communication occurred.
