摘    要:对目前广泛生产的LL550级冷轧带肋钢筋的伸长率不达标的问题进行了分析,认为变形率是关键的影响因素,并通过对本厂生产的奇数冷轧带肋钢筋进行了统计分析,结论是变形率在20-27%%范围内,可使伸长率达到10%以上,在当前母材还没有1mm进位的情况下,建议生产奇数冷轧带肋钢筋,建议设计与施工部门给予推广使用。

Abstract:In this paper, the writer analyses a problem of which extensibility of LL550 level cold?rolled ribbed rebar produced widely at present doesn't reach the standard, think that deformability is a key factor of effect, and makes statistic analysis on odd cold?rolled ribbed rebar produced in this plant, draws a conclusion of which extensibility can come up to more than 10% when deformability is within the confines of 20%?27%. The writer suggests to produce odd cold?rolled ribbed rebar, suggests that departments of design and construction spread and use it under the condition of which carry of base mental doesn't come up to 1 mm at present.
