摘    要:大藤峡水利枢纽是西江流域的防洪控制性枢纽工程,但由于正常淹没实物指标大且存在防洪超蓄运用问题,导致工程迟迟不能立项.为促使大藤峡工程顺利实施,珠江委在新一轮《珠江流域防洪规划》中,调整思路,对大藤峡的防洪调度规则、防洪库容规模、起调水位及调洪任务进行优化,在确保流域防洪安全的前提下,将兴利库容与防洪库容完全结合,大大减少了水库正常淹没的实物指标,避免了水库调洪超蓄运用.

Abstract:Datengxia Water Project is expected to be the most significant water junction project for the flood control in Xijiang River Basin.Due to the tremendous inundation loss to be caused by the water storage and the possible surcharge storage risk,the project proposal is still on the way to apply for the approval.In order to push forward the kickoff of the construction,the Pearl River Water Resources Commission(PRWRC) has adjusted the guideline of the new Pearl River Basin flood control planning scheme,optimizing the flood control dispatch rules,flood control storage scale,initial dispatch stage and flood control task of Datengxia Water Project.Therefore the active capacity and flood control capacity of the project will be integrated in use,alleviating the inundation loss and avoiding the possible surcharge storage risk.
