摘    要:根据不同体积率的钢纤维混凝土力学性能的试验结果,分析了钢纤维混凝土能适应围岩大变形的阻裂、增强、增韧机理,结果表明,钢纤维与混凝土基体间的黏结强度是影响钢纤维混凝土增强效果的主要因素,并提出了加大钢纤维与混凝土基体黏结强度的几种措施.借助数值计算,提出了深埋软岩巷道钢纤维混凝土锚喷支护技术方案.工业试验结果表明,与原支护设计相比,新支护方案更能有效地控制巷道围岩变形,现场应用取得了良好的技术经济效益.

Abstract:Based on the experimental results of mechanical property of steel fiber reinforced concrete with different volume ratios,the reinforcement mechanism such as resistant crack,reinforcement and toughening mechanism of steel fiber reinforced concrete suitable for large deformation of surrounding rock were analyzed.The results show that the bonding strength between steel fiber and matrix of concrete is the main factor affecting the reinforcement of steel fiber reinforced concrete and several kinds of measures ar...
