| 摘 要： | 电力通信已经成为电力系统不可缺少的一个重要部分,优质可靠的通信手段是电网安全稳定发电和供电的基础。电力通信业务能否满足要求,是否可靠,直接影响到电力系统的安全生产和稳定运行。通过对某地区电力通信业务性能分析,建立层次指标体系,运用LLSM法对单值指标进行三角模糊扩展,对扩展后的指标进行模糊运算,得到综合模糊重要度指标权重。最后通过指标权重解模糊数,对17种电力通信业务排序评价。

| Abstract: | Power communication is an indispensable part of power system.High quality and reliable communication means is the foundation of a safe and stable power grid.In this paper,service performance of some certain area is analyzed,and the index hierarchy structure is established.Triangular fuzzy expansion has been done on single value of index by using LLSM,and the comprehensive fuzzy index weight is obtained after fuzzy calculation on the results.Finally,with the resolution ambiguity number of the index weight,17 kinds of power communication services are evaluated and scheduled. |
