射孔优化设计在油田中的应用

摘    要:射孔完井是油气田勘探开发过程中不可缺少的环节,对油气井产能影响很大,通过对射孔完井对产能影响的机理进行深入的研究,找出了各种射孔参数对油气井产能影响的规律,提高了射孔对产能影响产能机理的认识,并开发研制了射孔优化设计软件;同时又进行了射孔液优化,措施推荐等内容的研究工作,结合射孔工艺,地层条件和开发目的等实际情况,形成了一套科学系统的射孔方案优化设计方法,论述了射孔优化设计和根据不同需求进行的射孔方案设计,并对应用效果进行分析,说明了射孔优化设计在提高油气井产能中所起的作用。

Abstract:Perforating completion is an important part of the exploration and production of oil and gas fields, having great effect on wells` productivity. With the comprehensive research of the mechanics of perforation completion on productivity, the effect law of perforating parameters on productivity is determined, which improves the understanding and the perforating optimization design software is developed. The perforating fluid is also optimized and the operating measures are recommended with the software. Combined with perforating technology, formation conditions and production object, a complete set of perforating optimization design is established, This article demonstrates the design of perforating optimization and perforating plan based on different requirements, the application results are also analyzed , and the effect of perforating optimization design on oil and gas wells'productivity is illustrated.
