| 摘 要： | 高职学生是一个庞大的群体，其心理特点和行为表现与他们不同于本科生又有别于职校生的结构和去向紧密相关。因此，针对高职学生的心理和思想变化，对他们进行适时有效的心理调适，使其健康地自信地成长，是高职教学工作者必须重视并认真思考和对待的一项重要工作。
