超声振动钻削小深孔实验研究

摘    要:对超声振动钻削小深孔进行了实验研究,分析了小深孔的定位精度、直线度和加工效率.结果显示,该工艺方法能大幅提高小深孔的加工精度和效率,很好地解决了小深孔加工中存在的难题.

Abstract:The experiments of drilling small deep hole with ultrasonic vibration were made, and the positioning accuracy, llnearity and machining efficiency of small deep hole were analyzed. The result shows that ultrasonic vibration drilling could improve the working accuracy and efficiency, and could solve the problems exited in the drilling process of small deep hole.
