纳米Si3N4与玻璃纤维混杂增强PA6复合材料的摩擦学性能研究

摘    要:以纳米Si3N4和玻璃纤维(GF)混杂增强尼龙6(PA6)复合材料,对PA6复合材料的摩擦学性能进行了实验研究。结果表明,纳米Si3N4和GF混杂可以显著改善PA6复合材料的摩擦学性能,以质量分数3%Si3N4和20%GF混杂填料的耐磨减摩性最好。扫描电子显微镜观察发现,纯PA6的磨损机理以粘着和犁削为主。在PA6/GF复合材料中纳米Si3N4含量较低时,复合材料的磨损机理主要表现为不同程度的粘着磨损,但当复合材料中纳米Si3N4含量较高时,复合材料的磨损机理主要表现为不同程度的粘着磨损和磨粒磨损。

Abstract:PA6 composites filled with nano-Si3N4 and glass fibers(GF)were prepared by using melt blending method.The tribological behaviors of the composites were studied.The results showed that the addition of nano-Si3N4 and GF could considerably improve the tribological properties of PA6 composites.The best mass fraction of Si3N4 was 3%.SEM of PA6 and composites worn surfaces showed that some obvious ploughing and adhesive marks existed on the PA6 worn surface.When the mass fraction of nano-Si3N4 was low,the main wear mechanisms of the composites were characterized by adhesive wear in various degrees.When the mass fraction of nano-Si3N4 was high,the main wear mechanisms of the composites were characterized by adhesive wear and abrasive wear in various degrees.
