摘    要:针对铸型机的振动与爬行问题,基于ADAMS建立铸型机链带系统的运动与动力学模型,分析不同"链带-导轨"动摩擦与静摩擦差、不同载荷条件下的动态特性对链带系统稳定性的影响.结合对铸型机链带振动的现场测试,探讨铸型机链带振动和爬行产生的条件,为铸型机振动和爬行的控制提供依据.

Study on dynamic stability of casting machine chain belt under different dynamic static friction and load
Abstract:To deal with the vibration and crawling of casting machine,motion and dynamics models of the chain belt system about a casting machine were established by commercial software ADAMS.It Was discussed that dynamic characteristics effects the chain belt system stability under different"chain belt-guide"dynamic friction difference and different load conditions.And combined with field test of the chain belt vibration,the generation condition of the chain belt vibration and crawling was explored.It would provide a basis for the control of casting machine vibration and crawling.
