| Abstract: | During manufacturing the coiler mandrel for 2050mm hot rolling line,the selective principle of main parts material and the heat treating method according with mechanic properties have been worked out.A correct method for assembling and adjusting the coiler mandrel is adopted to raise the service life of that by using the kinematics of the expansion & shrinkage of segment to analyse the reasons about coiler mandrel defunction.The selective principle and manufacturing method of copper alloy parts material in friction pair are also applicable to the development of other main copper alloy parts. |
