摘    要:以工业硅溶胶和水溶性酚醛树脂为原料合成了有机-无机混杂先驱体,经过高温热处理,利用碳热还原反应制备了碳化硅纳米微粉,研究了先驱体的热分解过程以及制备工艺对产物组成结构的影响.结果表明产物为纯度较高的纳米碳化硅粉末与碳化硅晶须的混合物.

Abstract:Organic-inorganic blended precursor was synthesized using industry silica sol and water-soluble phenolic resin,silicon carbide nanometeric powders were preparated by heat-treatment at high temperature of the precursor by carbothermal reduction reaction.The pyrolysis of the precursors and effect of preparating conditions on the composition and structure of products were investigated.The result shows that the product is a mixture of pure nanometer silicon carbide powder and whisker.
