CDM并网小水电项目温室气体减排效益分析

摘    要:在分析四川省小水电资源优势的基础上,从并网小水电项目的基准线情景识别、额外性分析等方面探讨了四川省发展CDM(清洁发展机制)小水电项目的潜力,同时根据地区基准线排放因子及国际市场平均价格走势,给出了第一个7年计入期内拟定小水电项目的各年减排效益趋势图。研究表明,四川地区的CDM小水电项目蕴含着巨大的减排潜力及减排效益,是实现地区可持续发展的重要环节。
