高酸值海洋石油加工中的防腐蚀技术

摘    要:针对高酸值海洋石油在加工过程中环烷酸的腐蚀问题,通过测定试验用海洋石油的酸值,分析检测各石油加工装置中各侧线产品及原油和渣油的环烷酸分布,研究了易腐蚀部位材料的选择和工艺防腐蚀技术。结果表明,针对环烷酸腐蚀主要发生段常压侧线(温度高于250℃)部位选用Cr5Mo以上的合金钢材料,减压侧线(温度高于250℃)等部位选用321以上的不锈钢材料,可以提高设备的抗腐蚀能力;采用缓蚀剂与碱同注工艺,可以将常减顶的pH值控制在6—9以内,对于减缓设备腐蚀起到了良好的作用。

Abstract:To solve the naphthenic acid corrosion problem in processing high - acidity offshore crude oils, the material selection for the corrosion locations and process corrosion prevention technologies were studied through measuring of acidity of the offshore oil and analysis of naphthenic acid distribution of side cut products of different process units, crude oil and residue oil. The results show that, the CrSMo plus alloy steels should be selected for the side - draw ( exceeding 250 ℃ ) of atmospheric tower where naphthenie acid corrosion is significant, while 321 stainless steel or plus shall be applied for the side -draws of vacuum tower so as to improve the corrosion resistance of the equipment. In addition, the injection of corrosion inhibitor and caustic can control pH in atmospheric and vacuum tower overheads within 6 -9, which is favorable to mitigate the corrosion.
