摘    要:原检测方法规定使用样板和专用仪器测量调心滚子轴承外圈滚道的尺寸、形状和位置误差,该方法人为因素影响大,仪表调整困难。对原检测方法进行了改进,使测量方便,保证了滚道尺寸、形状和位置严格控制在公差范围内。

Abstract:Original measure method provided for measuring the size and shape and position error with a model and a special instrument ,the method was effected by haman factors in a big way , and the instrument adjustment was difficult .The original measure method was changed in order to keep measure convenient and control strictly the raceway size , shape and location within the tolerance range.
