| 摘 要： | 以汽车底漆涂装生产线控制系统为例,介绍了组态软件RSView32在PLC控制系统故障诊断中的应用,着重阐述了常见的几种诊断方法在RSView32中的实现过程。现场运行情况表明,该诊断系统灵活性强,能快速准确地实现故障诊断。

| Abstract: | Taking the control system of bodywork primer line as an example, this paper introduced application of configuration software RSView32 in fault diagnosis of PLC control system. It also discussed particularly the realization of several fault diagnosis methods in RSView32. The running state at the working field indicates that the diagnosis system is flexible and can diagnose faults quickly and accurately. |
