鱼雷气舱结构可靠性优化设计

摘    要:本文将现代设计方法中的可靠性设计理论与最优化技术结合起来,提出了鱼雷气舱结构的可靠性优化设计方法,按照气舱结构的设计要求和工作条件,选定设计变量,建立了目标函数和约束条件的数学模型,并给出了气舱结构可靠性优化设计实例。结果表明:可靠性优化设计方法比传统的安全系数方法具有能进一步减轻结构重量的优点,是一种比较有效的设计方法.

Abstract:The reliability-optimization design method for gas cabin structure of tornedo is put for-ward by the combination of reliability theory with optirnization technique in modern design methods.According to the design requirements and the working conditions,the design variables are deteaminded,the mathematical models of the objective function and the constraint conditions are estaeblished,and the reliability-optimization example of the gas cabin structure is given,The results show that the reliability-optimization design metbod has the advantage of the structure weight re-duction over the safoty coefficient design metbod,and is effeetive and efficient.
