| 摘 要： | 介绍了网络计划技术在水电站建筑安装工程中的应用。采用该技术,不仅在计划制定期间可求得工期、资源、成本的优化,而且在计划执行过程中,通过信息反馈,进行有效的监督、控制和调整,能够保证项目预定目标的实现。

| Abstract: | Application of network planning technique in installation works of hydropower structures is presented here.With this technique,construction period,resources and cost can be optimized during planning formulation,furthermore,effective supervision,control and adjustment can be performed by information feedback during planning execution to ensure realization of predetermined target for the project. |
