辙叉贝氏体焊条连接修复组织性能研究

摘    要:针对现场焊补及修复不便问题,本文提供了一种铁路钢轨及组合辙叉专用贝氏体焊条,该堆焊焊条焊前不用预热,焊后不用热处理。通过对该焊条连接及修复的组织性能特征分析,结果表明,无论是堆焊修复还是连接其焊缝组织都是粒状贝氏体,堆焊层显微硬度与基体基本一致,连接焊缝的冲击强度达到70J/cm2,焊条的组织性能满足贝氏体辙叉钢修复要求。

Abstract:This paper studies the structure and mechanical properties of welding joints and repaired layers by using bainitic electrode for bainitic frog steel without preheating. The results showed that the structure of weld was granular bainite where bainitic frog steel was connected and repaired by bainitic electrode. The hardness of the repaired layers was consistent with the parent metal. The impact toughness of welding joints was 70J/cm2, and the mechanical properties of repaired layers was able to use when bainitic frog steel was repaired by bainitic electrode.
