摘    要:采用热过滤法并加入促进剂来回收镍电解阳极泥中的元素硫。主要研究了促进剂的种类、热过滤温度、渣剂质量比、保温时间对回收镍电解阳极泥中的元素硫的影响。结果表明:采用单一促进剂CZ,硫回收率为77.93%;采用单一促进剂TMTD,硫回收率为78.4%;采用TMTD与CZ的复合促进剂,TMTD与CZ的质量比为2∶1,温度为165℃,保温时间为30 min,硫回收率最高可达91.2%。

Research on Influence of Promoter on Sulfur Recovery From Nickel Electrolysis Anode Mud
Abstract:Hot filtering method was used to recycle elemental sulfur from nickel electrolysis anode mud with adding promoter. Influence of promoter type, hot filtration temperature, slag agent quality ratio, heat preservation time on sulfur recovery from nickel electrolysis anode mud was investigated. The results show that sulfur recovery rate is 77.93% with using single promoter CZ; sulfur recovery rate is 78.4% with using single promoter TMTD;sulfur recovery rate is up to 91.2% with the compound promoter of TMTD and CZ(quality ratio 2:1) under the conditions of temperature 165 ℃ and heat preservation time 30 min.
