水平井分抽采油技术在曙光油田稠油区块的应用

在水平井笼统采油过程中,针对水平井水平段端部与根部流动不均的问题,开展了水平井分抽采油技术研究。在水平井水平段脚尖与脚跟不同部位采用相对独立的两个入泵压力系统进行生产,可以避免笼统采油中长距离水平段沿井筒方向阻力形成的压力差造成水平段端部与根部流动不均的问题,达到水平井相对均匀采油的目的。介绍了水平井分抽采油技术工艺原理、管柱结构及其在曙光油田应用情况。

Application of Horizontal Well Pumping Technology in Heavy Oil Block of Shuguang Oilfield

In the horizontal well production process, research on the horizontal well extraction technology for the horizontal section of horizontal wells and the root flow was carried out. The technology uses two relatively independent pump pressure systems for production in different parts of the horizontal sections of the toe and heel, can avoid the uneven flow of horizontal segment in long distance horizontal section, to achieve relatively uniform horizontal well production. In this paper, principle of the horizontal well extracting oil technology, the structure of pipe string and its application in the oil field were introduced.
