夏子街油田屏蔽暂堵技术研究

摘    要:屏蔽暂堵技术是一种新型的油气层保护技术。本文简要介绍了屏蔽暂堵技术的基本原理,提出了适用于新疆夏子街油田的屏蔽暂堵剂(QCX-1、SAS),介绍了该屏蔽暂堵剂的性能及现场应用情况。室内与现场试验表明,以QCX-1、SAS为屏蔽暂堵剂的水包油型完井液对夏子街油田储层有明显的保护作用,具有良好的性能。

Abstract:Screening the borehole in the drilling-in process by a removable, temperarily clogging material is a relatively new technique of reservoir protection. The clogging material in the drilling-in(completion)fluid has the particle size and size distribution adaptive to the pore size and size distribution of the reservoir being drilled and readily forms on the fresh borehole wall a circular low-permeable sheet of thickness about 2,54 cm and thus prevents the reservoir from further incuriou of the drilling fluid.The clogging material selected for Xiazijie Reservoir is a high purity and acid-soluble material, QCX-1, as bridging and rigid filling particles, and a sulfonated asphalt, SAS, as deformble filling particles. 3% QCX-1 and 3% SAS have little influence on the properties of various completion fluids. The plugging efficiency and different influening factors are investigated and the results of successful field tests are presented.
