摘    要:不同结构与材料的PCB数控钻机床身通常采用不同结构支撑,测试了两种外置式支撑结构的振动情况,发现PCB数控钻孔机动态性能相差很大。通过仿真与测试结合分析,揭示支撑结构的变形情况与导致PCB数控钻孔机动态性能产生差异的原因.为提高PCB数控钻孔机动态性能而采用何种支撑结构形式提供有效数据。

Abstract:The different bodies of PCB NC multi-axis connecting drilling machine with different structure and different materials usually adopt different structural support, this paper aims at two kinds of external support structure tested chatter, find a large difference of PCB NC drilling machine dynamic performance. Through simulation and test and By making use of the experiment means to reveal the deformation of supporting structure and the supporting structure leads to the reasons of the differences of PCB NC drilling machine dynamic performance, provide availability data basis for improving the dynamic performance of PCB NC drilling machine.
