浅谈微组装设备的标准化问题

微组装设备技术是国防科技工业先进制造能力的重要组成部分。依赖进口整线设备组建的微组装工艺线存在整线集成缺乏顶层设计、设备匹配性不好、数据界面不统一、工艺基准及工装兼容性较差等问题，引出了微组装设备技术自主发展存在的标准化、模块化、通用化问题，阐明了标准化工作对于微组装设备研制及推动微组装设备自主可控发展的重要意义。最后，提出了微组装设备技术标准化的基本原则和发展建议。

Discussion on Standardization of Microassembly Equipment

The microassem bly equipm ent technology is an im portant part of advanced m anufacturing industry of national defence science and technology. D epending on im ported equipm ents to building microassem bly line,there is lack of integration line top-level design,m ism atch betw een equipm ents, data form ats and interfaces not uniform ,difficult com patible equipm ent and technology and so on. It leads to the problem of m icroassem bly equipm ent standardized,m odular and universal technologies. Finally,it introduce the m eaning of m icroassem bly equipm ent standardization and put forw ard the theory of the standardization and som e opinions.
