| 摘 要： | 在圆孔翻边过程中，变形程度是用翻边系数来描述的。若翻边系数小于极限翻边系数，孔缘处就会破裂。通过对圆孔翻边孔缘处应力应变分析，提出了几种近似计算极限翻边系数的方法。

| Abstract: | Deformation extent is described by burring factor in the process of round hole burring. The edge metal of round hole often splits if the burring factor is less than the limiting burring factor. In this paper, several approximate methods are put forword to calculate the limited burring factor through analyzing stress and strain at the edge of the round-hole in the burring process. |
