摘    要:为选择黄磷尾气变换制甲醇合成气的可行工艺流程,分析黄磷尾气部分变换制H2的不同工艺,即全量变换、部分变换、部分循环变换.根据黄磷尾气及所制合成气的特点,通过热量及变换率计算,选取部分循环进气方式变换制甲醇合成气,并通过中试试验验证黄磷尾气制合成气采取部分循环进气的方式可行且连续、可控.

Abstract:Different techniques of preparation of synthesis gas by partial conversion of purified yellow phosphorus off - gas are analyzed in this paper for the purpose of selecting a feasible process for preparation of methanol synthesis gas. The techniques include entire quantity conversion, part conversion and part cyclic conversion. Based on the characteristics of the off - gas and its converted synthesis gas, the circular conversion is selected through careful calculations of heat and conversion rate. It is proved that the circular heating method by using burning gas of purified yellow phosphorus off gas is feasible for preparation of methanol synthesis gas.
