液动切换阀高寿命设计的摩擦学依据

摘    要:本文介绍一种日本液动切抉阀的结构及工作原理, 井用摩擦磨损理论对其中的恒弹力接头和阀板-阀座密封副进行了分析。作者认为这种切换阀的高寿命,主要是采用了碟形弹簧恒弹力接头、高强度黄铜弹性闸板和高刚度壳体。


Optimism Product Life of Pilot-Operated Valves Basan on Tribology
Abstract:This paper presents the design features of a foreign-made pilot-operated valve. In light of the theory of frictional wear, the author conducts an investigating into the constant - force springloaded stem coupling and thegate-to-seat seals and reveals that the extended service life of such valves depends mainlyon the stem coupling with Bellevilla springs, the elastie gate made of high-strength brass, and the high-rigidity valve body.
