| Abstract: | In this paper, the present status of main kinds of microwave vacuum power devices are reviewed, and the developments of microwave tube technologies are investigated, especially the computer aided design technology, short millimeter wave and sub-millimeter wave devices, cathode technology, etc. The challenges and opportunities microwave tube industry are discussed. |
