| 摘 要： | 根据聚酯装置空气预热器的热计算基本原理 ,烟气利用价值与空气预热器设备费用的关系 ,通过优化计算 ,可得到最佳换热面积和最佳排烟温度 ,获得最佳的节能效果。并成功地应用于 2 0世纪 70年代从德国引进聚酯装置热媒炉空气预热器的改造。

| Abstract: | The heat exchange area and flue gas discharge temperature can be optimized to gain the maximum energy saving based on the thermochemical calculation fundamental of air pre-heater of a polyester plant and the relationship between flue gas recovery value and equipment cost of air pre-heater. This optimization method was successfully used in the innovation of a polyester plant imported from Germany in 1970′s. |
