聚合醇JLX防塌润滑性能研究

摘    要:室内研究了聚合醇(JLX)的防塌润滑性能及其与浊点的关系,探讨了其作用机理。研究结果表明,聚合醇的浊点效应对聚合醇的防膨性能有影响,在浊点以上温度的防膨效果明显优于浊点以下温度的防膨效果。当环境温度高于聚合醇浊点温度时,聚合醇钻井液发生相分离,形成一憎水似油的相,该相具有更好的润滑性能,同时对低渗透泥页岩具有封堵孔隙作用,从而有效地抑制钻井液液柱压力向地层传递,起到稳定井壁的作用。

Abstract:Sloughing prevention and lubrication properties of polyol JLX and its relation with cloud point are studied in lab. Results show that the cloud point behavior of JLX has influence on lubrication effect, and at temperature higher than could point, swelling prevention effect is better than that of below could point. Polyol drilling fluid separates when temperature is higher than cloud point, and an oil-like film is formed. Thus lubrication property is improved and at the same time, microfractrue is plugged. This effect reduces the amount of fluid flowing from wellbore into the formation, and then the wellbore is stabilized.
