高效低流阻换热器的开发应用

摘    要:传统的管壳式换热器以弓形折流板支撑换热管束,壳程流体绕折流板做垂直于管束的横向流动,存在流动和传热死区,流阻大,传热效率低。近年来国内外开发了折流杆、整圆形孔板、螺旋折流板及管束自支撑结构等来替代传统的弓形折流板,不但大大降低了壳程流动阻力,还提高了管壳式换热器整体传热性能。综述了管壳式换热器的管束支撑结构的开发和应用概况,可为换热器的结构优化和性能完善提供参考。

Abstract:The conventional shell and tube heat exchangers support the tube - bundle with the arch baffles, and the shell side fluid flows vertically to the tube - bundle around the baffles. There are the flow and heat transfer dead regions in the shell side, and the flow resistance is higher and heat transfer efficiency is lower. Recently the various kinds of rod baffles, circle orifice plates, helical baffles and self- support structures have been developed, instead of the conventional the arch baffles, which not only greatly decrease the flow resistance of the shell side but also improve the total heat transfer performance of the heat exchanger. This paper summarizes the development and application survey on the tube- bundle supports in the shell and tube heat exchangers, which can provide some references for optimizing structure and improving performance of the heat exchangers.
